Duplicating a Deck

Duplicate your decks to edit them without affecting the main source

Updated over a week ago

A helpful workaround when you want to make modifications to a deck without altering the original. Here’s how you can easily duplicate and customize your study materials:

How to Duplicate a Deck

  1. Identify the deck you want to copy and open its Settings.

  2. Scroll down and click on the "Duplicate Deck" option.

  3. Decide where you want the copy to be saved. By default, it will be placed in "My Decks," but you can choose a different location if desired.

  4. Choose whether you want the new deck to maintain the same study progress as the original or to start from zero.

How does it work?

  • Settings and Structure: The duplicated deck will replicate all the settings and structure of the original, maintaining a consistent study setup.

  • Progress Management: You can opt to either keep the existing progress or reset it, giving you flexibility in managing your study sessions.

  • Sub-Decks Included: If the original deck includes sub-decks, the entire setup will be duplicated, preserving your organizational structure.

With this feature, you can personalize your study materials, experiment with different approaches, and share modified versions without impacting your original progress.
