Can I restore deleted flashcards?
No. If you delete:
a single flashcard, or
multiple flashcards using the Bulk Actions menu,
they cannot be restored. Deleted flashcards are permanently removed from your account and cannot be recovered by you or our support team.
How to Delete a Deck
If you no longer need a deck, you can delete it from your Home screen.
Open Noji and go to the Home screen.
Find the deck you want to delete.
Open the deck's options and select the delete option.
Confirm your choice if prompted.
Your deleted deck will be moved to the Bin, where you can restore it within 30 days.
Where Can I Find the Bin?
You can find the Bin on the Home screen, within the option for reordering your decks.
Open the Bin to view your deleted decks and find any items you want to restore.
How to Restore a Deleted Deck
Deleted a deck by mistake? Don't worry! You can restore it from the Bin within 30 days of deleting it.
Go to the Home screen.
Click the đïž icon, located next to the archiving and folder creation options.
Open the "Recently Deleted" option and find the deck you want to restore.
Select the restore option for that deck.
Your deck will be restored, so you can continue using it as before.
How Long Do Deleted Decks Stay in the Bin?
Deleted decks are available in the Bin for 30 days. Make sure to restore any decks you want to keep within this period.
If you delete a deck by mistake, check the Bin before the 30 days are up to bring it back.
