Refund Eligibility
All purchases are generally non-refundable unless:
You request a refund within the time window below, or
There's a verified technical issue on our side that prevents app access. If something breaks on our end and you can't access what you paid for, we'll review it and may issue a full refund.
Google Play Purchases
Refund window: 48 hours from the charge
Monthly/Annual Plan
If you request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you request a refund more than 48 hours after the charge, you are not eligible for a refund.
Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime Plan is non-refundable.
App Store Purchases
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed and managed exclusively by Apple. We do not issue refunds, process cancellations, or modify subscriptions for App Store transactions.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, you must submit your refund request directly to Apple through your Apple ID account or by contacting Apple Support. All refund decisions for App Store purchases are made solely by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
Website Purchases
If you purchased directly on our website, the refund window is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or subscription renewal.
If you request a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you request a refund after 14 calendar days from the purchase date, you are not eligible for a refund.
In exceptional cases, we may still be able to offer a partial refund after the 14-day period. The amount of any partial refund is determined based on objective criteria, including but not limited to app usage logs and the extent of access to paid features.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions described above.
