For Apple Users

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for iOS purchases directly, as they are managed by Apple. To request a refund from Apple, follow the steps provided on their support page here.

For Android Users

If you're using an Android device, please provide your transaction number, typically found in your purchase confirmation email. This alphanumeric code usually starts with "GPA" (e.g., GPA.3333-3333-3333-33333). Email us at [email protected] with these details, and we'll assist you promptly with processing a refund.

For Website Users

If your subscription was activated via the app's website, please contact us at [email protected] with your account's email. We'll do our best to help you and arrange a refund.
